Option menu translation

Hello everyone kinda new here and to the game I play in ktw but i wanted to ask if someone could post a translation of the option menu i dont want to turn something off that might reduce the quality of the game. And if there is an option to stop getting refresh lines across the screen I would appreciate it. Thanks :)
