max skill quest
req: lvl 50 and above, brian's wish quest cleared, lvl 1 poison

1. talk to adsell magic shop owner option 1
2. get 2 bomb liquor (84k unlocked in whale bar) and 1 mushroom spore(rare off mushrooms)

to finish brian's wish quest:

req: lvl 60 and above.

1. talk to brian (blond dude in clad inn). option 2, (hidden) option 3.
2. talk to hunter x(item shop owner in adsell)... then raise his emotion lvl.
3. talk to hunter x again and get item
4. talk to magic shop in adsell and raise his emotion lvl.
5. talk to magic shop owner again and get item.
6. talk to mai, adsell weapon shop owner. and raise her emotion lv
7. talk to her again and get items
8. give the items to brian again by talking to him.
9. talk to brian again
10. talk to adsell weapon shop owner again.

give the following.. this is what they prefer the most.. (according to guidebook)
magic: feather of creed
hunter x: feather of creed
weapon: laminated armor.. thats the red cheap armor thing...
