So today I found a 165 mila/naya sub arm (yay!)

it had 8 dodge, best was 10, worse was 7. Roulette costs 2.6m or so.

I thought i'd try my luck on modding. I mean 7-10 dodge, thats not bad chances of getting that 10 you wanted right?

Finally bought a high dodge card! (thanks Oliver!)
I actually had two high devil cards but wanted the one with the chinese symbol... i guess we'll call them "enhanced" since they have a little bit higher chance of success.

Modded the sub arm... -3! =*(

Okay, I thought i'd try rouletting again. I mean 7-10, those really aren't bad odds right?

While High Dodge Card.. should pretty much, obviously be a High Evasion Card right? +2, +3

High Devil Cards are..? From New Years or something? I was thinking they were Fortune(年占) cards or something.. like Fortune(年占) red scrolls too.
Er.. The paper people get to predict their fortune for their year or something.
ie: worst/bad/alright/good/great
