Hour Long Town Buffs

This even is going on again, and from what i can tell the buff each town gives you changes from day to day.
Possible Buffs:
1 Hour Bless; +10% all stats
1 Hour Sylph Wind; +move speed and + agi/dodge
1 Hour Speed Up; + More move speed??
1 Hour Accuracy up; it increases some stat....hhhmmm i wonder

If you die you lose the buff and can't get a new one until the timer on the old one runs out... which suks heh
